With the weather turning warm, I thought a couple of rum drinks would help this week. These recipes are coming from the Original Tortuga Rum Fever & Caribbean Party Cookbook.
1 1/2 ounce dark rum
3 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces cranberry juice
1/2 ounce creme de banana
1 teaspoon Rose's lime juice
1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into a chilled collins glass and garnish with a skewer of banana and pineapple chunks.
