Oyster Spread

Here is a different way to serve oysters as an appetizer. This twist on a dip is a must for oysters lovers. It is best made a day in advance.


16 ounces Cream Cheese

1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Sour Cream

1 cup Oysters, drained, broiled and chopped

1/2 cup Ripe Olives, minced

1/4 teaspoon fresh Dill

1 tablespoon Green Onions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic

Lemon Juice to taste

Creole Seasoning to taste


Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth. Add oysters and olives and mix well. Add dill, green onions, garlic and a dash of lemon juice. Season with Creole seasoning. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
