Baked Chicken Drumettes

I'm a big fan of chicken wings. I find that drumettes are a cleaner to eat than wings.
3 pounds chicken drumettes
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
2 teaspoons granulated onion
Hot sauce to taste
Preheat oven to 400℉.; allow chicken to sit at room temperature while the oven heats.
Place chicken in. large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add Creole seasoning, granulated garlic, and granulated onion; toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on a large shallow baking sheet; bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until browned and tender. Toss with hot sauce to taste and serve at once.
