You will need this recipe for Thursday's. This marinade is also good for pork.

5 garlic cloves, minced

2 teaspoons kosher salt

1/3 cup canola oil

1/2 cup cane syrup

1 1/34 cups cane vinegar

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper, and hot sauce

Finely mince garlic and sprinkle with salt; rub salt into garlic with the side of a knife blade or back of a wooden spoon until a paste forms. Place garlic into a non-aluminum saucepan with oil, place over medium heat, and sauté garlic of one minute after first hearing a sizzle.

Remove from heat and add cane syrup, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce; stir well. Taste; adjust spice level with crushed red pepper flakes, black pepper and hot sauce. Cover abd chill until needed.

Enjoy!!!
