Citrus Rum Sauce

Two recipes for one dish this week. Here's the sauce.
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup vegetable stock
4 tablespoons dark rum
4 tabespoons rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons fresh thyme. minced
2 lemons, zested and juiced
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a low boil; cook until volume is reduced to 3/4 cup, about 10 minutes. Keep warm.
