How about one more use of Debris? Very often I make grilled cheese with a meat component inside. Why not use Debris?
Roast Beef Debris ( see earlier recipe)
24 slices Italian bread
24 slices provolone cheese
4 tablespoons butter, divided
Top half of bread slices with 1 slice cheese, about 1/3 cup Debris, and another slice of cheese. In a heavy bottomed skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Add two sandwiches; cook until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Turn, and cook until cheese is melted and both sides are golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes more. Repeat procedure with remaining sandwiches, adding butter as necessary. Serve warm.
Enjoy!!!
