Green Goddess Dressing

Before Chef Warren opened his first restaurant in Sherman Texas, he works in various research kitchens. He developed the Seven Seas line of salad dressings, including their Green Goddess dressing.

1 cup mayonnaise (home made is best)

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup whipping cream

5 sprigs parsley, chopped

3 tops green onions, chopped

2 toes garlic, chopped

1 tablespoon anchovy paste

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Combine all ingredients.
