Time to bring out your pastry skills. This week is a two for one group of recipes.
Cream Puffs
1 cup water
1 stick butter
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 large eggs
Preheat oven to 400℉. Grease a baking sheet. Crack eggs into individual prep bowls and place near cooktop.
Place water, butter and salt in a heavy saucepan; bring to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture forms a cohesive ball. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Add eggs, on at a time, stirring vigorously between each addition until completely incorporated and dough is smooth. Dromp dough by heaping tablespoons 3 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Transfer to the oven and bake until golden, 35 to 40 minutes. Gently transfer puffs to a wire rack to cool.
Enjoy!!!
