This grill blend has a little kick to it. I like the combination of the ancho powder and the smoked paprika. This blend is great for steak or pork.
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 tablespoon ground ancho chili pepper
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons celery salt
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer to a sealed container, and store up to 6 months.
