Sautéed Shrimp Bordelaise over Pasta
Don't let the simplicity of this dish fool you. It's a very tasty meal. Feel free to use any pasta you like.
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced red bell peppers
1 pound medium shrimp. peeled and deveined
Creole seasoning, to taste
2 green onions, minced
heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, peppers, shrimp and Creole seasoning. When shrimp begin to turn pink, add green onions; cooking until onions wilt. Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with parsley.
