This week, we are going with a little Cajun Mexican Fusion. You will need today's recipe to complete Thursday's dish.
4 ripe avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
1/2 cup finely diced red onion
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 to 2 tablespoons hot sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mash with a fork to desired consistency. Serve immediately.
