Here's a marinade that fuses Tex-Mex and Asian cuisines.
2 tablespoons ground cumin seeds, toasted until fragrant
1 bunch cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
1 fresh jalapeno, coarsely chopped
6 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup freshly squeezed line juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Place all ingredients in blender; blend until ingredients are puréed. Transfer to a lagre plastic zip-lock bagor non-reactive container. Add steak, remove as much air as possible from bag and toss to coat steak.
Refirgerate overnight, turning steak from time to time Grill to your desired doneness.
