Watermelon Mint Frozen Cups

Growing up in the 60's and 70's, I know most moms made their children frozen cups for the summer. It was a simple but welcomed treat on those hot afternoons. This week, let's go back in time and make some more adventurous summer treats.


3/4 cup watermelon juice

1/4 cup simple syrup

2 sprigs mint


Place all ingredients in a small saucepan; place over low heat for 10 minutes to steep the mint. Remove mint; pour mixture into paper cups and freeze.
